Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
2 c. grated zucchini, not peeled
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine eggs, oil and sugars.
Add vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and salt.
Mix well.
Add lemon juice.
Mix.
Add flour and mix.
Add zucchini, nuts and raisins.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Grease and sugar two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Pour batter evenly into both pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
