Beef Stroganoff Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    6 slices American cheese
    pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Separate rolls while cold; let warm to room temperature, then press them into the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Brown beef; add onion and simmer until tender.
    Add paprika, salt and pepper.
    Let sour cream warm to room temperature.
    Add sour cream and mushrooms to beef mixture; mix well.
    Spread into pan.
    Place slices of cheese on top of mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
