Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar, divided
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. flour, divided
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, cream shortening and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Add egg and mix well.
    Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
    Spread into greased 9-inch square baking pan.
    Toss blueberries with lemon juice. Sprinkle over batter.
    In small bowl combine cinnamon, remaining sugar and flour and cut in butter until mixture is size of peas. Sprinkle over blueberries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
