Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 apples
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel, core and slice apples.
    Place in a buttered baking dish (9 x 13-inches).
    If apples are dry, add 1/4 cup water.
    Cut together the sugar, Bisquick, margarine and cinnamon, using a pastry blender or a fork, until mixture is crumbly.
    Then spread evenly over the apples and press mixture down, to pack closely over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm, topped with whipped cream or lemon sauce.
