Tonya'S Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into very small pieces.
    Cook in boiling water for 4 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and let cool.
    Combine 1/4 cup butter, onion, salt, pepper, sour cream, soup and cheese in a large bowl.
    Gently stir in potatoes.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
