Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 scant Tbsp. salt
    5-6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt, shortening and 2 cups flour.
    Blend well.
    Add flour to make a soft dough. Knead well.
    Let rise until doubled in size.
    Make into rolls. Place in greased pans and let rise until doubled again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes.
    Makes 24 to 30 rolls.
