Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. powdered cinnamon
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Add milk, cream and melted butter. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate.
Bake in hot oven for 45 minutes.
Cool and serve with whipped cream.
Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
