Slow Cooker Barbecue Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 large green pepper, cut in rings
    1 large onion, sliced
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot oil in skillet, then transfer to slow cooker.
    Add sauce, green pepper and onion.
    Cover and cook at high heat 4 to 5 hours or until tender.
    Slice and serve with sauce.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
