Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine onions and squash.
    Cover with water; cook 5 minutes and drain.
    Combine soup, sour cream, carrots and fold in squash and onions.
