Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together; set aside.
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar.
    Stir in carrots, pineapple, vanilla and nuts.
    Add dry ingredients slowly to carrot mixture, blending thoroughly.
    Turn into a 10-inch tube pan (Bundt or angel food).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
