Ingredients

1/2 c. self rising flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick melted margarine
7 oz coconut
Preparation

Mix the above ingredients together except the coconut. Mix them well and then add the coconut.
Grease and flour a 10 inch pie pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. The crust forms as the pie bakes.
