Foil Steak Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck steak (1-inch thick)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 medium potatoes, halved
    3 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place the steak in center of a piece of foil and sprinkle with soup mix.
    Cover with potatoes, carrots, celery, green pepper and onion and dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Fold foil over, leaving space for steam.
    Place on a grill over low coals and cook for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done.
