Crock-Pot Roast With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck roast, trimmed of fat
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In crock-pot, stir in vinegar, soup mix and ketchup.
    Mix well.
    Add roast and cover.
    Cook on low five to nine hours, or until tender.
