Best Ever Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 egg
1/2 or 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 small onion, chopped
salt, pepper or dried parsley to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
