Egg Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices white bread
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place bread in 8 x 8-inch pan; top with melted butter.
    Mix salt, mustard and eggs together; beat well.
    Add milk and beat again.
    Top bread slices with Swiss cheese; add egg mixture. Cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
