Beef And Cheese Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    8 (6-inch) French-style grinder rolls
Preparation
    Brown meat and pepper.
    Drain and stir in tomato sauce, soup, oregano and basil.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Cut rolls in half and spoon meat mixture on the bottom.
    Spoon cheese mixture over the meat. Wrap individually in foil.
    Place on a baking sheet
    and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
