Batter Dipped Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. enriched cornmeal
1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
12 hot dogs

Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients.
Add milk, egg and oil. Mix together thoroughly.
Deep fry until golden brown.
