Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. flour tortillas (set out at room temperature for 30 minutes)
    1 large tub softened cream cheese
    1 large jar mild Pace picante sauce
    1/2 can chopped black olives (optional)
    1 small onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese, olives, onion and approximately 1/3 of the jar of picante sauce.
    Spread mixture on tortillas.
    It will take approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture to cover tortilla. Roll up.
    Seal with a dab of cream cheese, if needed.
    Cut into thirds.
    Serve with remainder of picante sauce.
