Microwave Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler/fryer chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
garlic powder to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

In 10-inch square microwave dish, place chicken, skin side down.
Pour 1/4 cup lemon juice over chicken.
Heat, covered, on roast 10 minutes.
Turn chicken over; add remaining lemon juice and seasonings.
Heat, covered, on roast 9 to 11 minutes or until chicken is tender.
