Pumpkin Dessert Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. pumpkin
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. corn oil or melted shortening
    1/2 c. nut meats, chopped
Preparation
    Place all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl; with spoon, make a deep well in center.
    In this well, add all other ingredients.
    Stir carefully just enough to dampen all dry ingredients.
    Pour into loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Delicious served with spiced tea.
    Makes 2 loaves; 12 to 18 servings.
