Shirley'S Delicious Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. water, boiled
    2/3 c. lard
    1/2 c. instant potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    9 to 10 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Boil the 2 cups water and add lard, instant potatoes, sugar and salt. Cool until lukewarm. Add the beaten eggs.
    Beat well with mixer until mixed well. Add yeast and mix again.
    Add 2 cups flour.
    Mix until bubbly. Stir in rest of flour until not sticky.
    Knead 10 minutes.
    Let rise until double in greased bowl.
    Punch down.
    Let rise and punch down again.
    Let rise again. Shape into rolls or buns. Let rise until double.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light brown. Butter top.
