Honey Garlic Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

16 chicken wings (3 lb.) or buy the quick frozen bag and thaw
1 c. honey
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. vegetable oil
3 or 4 Tbsp. minced garlic (depending on how \"strong\" you want the garlic)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Cut off bony tips of wings; cut back wing in half at the joint (this is when the frozen ones are great to use; saves lots of time). Place in a single layer in a shallow 3-quart baking dish.
