Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium squash
    3 medium onions
    3 medium carrots
    1 can chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (16 oz.)
Preparation
    Cut up squash, onions and carrots and cook until tender.
    Then add chicken soup and sour cream.
    Add margarine.
    Add herb stuffing.
    Mix well.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover top with more crumbs and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Makes two casseroles.
    Freeze one for later, before baking.
