Grandma Cacciabondo'S Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 lb. pork, cut for chop suey
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. bead molasses
    hot cooked white rice
Preparation
    Parboil celery and reserve liquid.
    Saute onion, pork and soy sauce until pork is no longer pink.
    Take out 1 cup \"celery water\" and allow to cool.
    Add pork mixture into celery and water.
    Add cornstarch and molasses to 1 cup water and then add to pork mixture when pork is tender.
    Serve over hot rice.
