Soup Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed
1 unbaked pie shell (10-inch)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
crushed pecans (optional)
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat together sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs. Stir in pinto beans.
Beat with mixer and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done with knife test. Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream or ice cream.
