Chicken Breasts And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    16 small red potatoes
    8 small carrots
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Place carrots and potatoes in bowl.
    Wash chicken; drain well.
    Place 2 tablespoons oleo in skillet.
    Brown chicken, a few pieces at a time. When all is browned, set aside. Take the other 2 tablespoons oleo and place in saucepan. Saute potatoes and carrots 2 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and salt. Arrange chicken on top of vegetables.
    Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
