Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cocoa
2 oz. red food coloring
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream the sugar and butter; add eggs.
Mix together the vinegar, cocoa and food coloring.
Add to creamed mixture.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Add vanilla and beat with mixture thoroughly.
Bake in layers 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
