Yellow Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    5 level tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter. Add yolks of eggs and beat well. Add milk and flour, a small amount at a time, beating well each time. Mix baking powder with flour. Fold in egg whites (beaten stiffly). Bake in muffin tins in a moderately hot (350\u00b0) oven.
