Oil Crust(Makes Two 9-Inch Pies Or One Double) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well together flour, oil, water and salt.
    Roll between 2 sheets of wax paper one half at a time for pie pastry.
    To keep flaky crust, don't handle a lot.
