Ingredients

6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Whip eggs until thick and lemon-colored.
Add milk, flour and salt.
Heat and melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch dripper pan.
Pour batter into pan of melted butter.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with hot maple syrup.
