One Dish Vegetable Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    6 or 8 medium potatoes
    1 pt. English peas
    1/2 lb. butter
    bunch carrots
Preparation
    Cook separately in salt water.
    Place cauliflower in center of large round or oblong platter.
    Sprinkle with black pepper and melted butter.
    Cream potatoes and make ring around cauliflower, about 2-inches wide.
    Place peas that have been seasoned with butter and pepper in the trench.
    Place seasoned carrots, cut lengthwise around with pointed end to the outside of the dish.
