Sea Fare - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (flounder, pollock or haddock)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp or Cheddar cheese soup
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange fish fillets in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, onion powder and pepper. Spoon soup over fillets; top with spinach.
    Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater, about 1 minute or until almost smooth; pour over spinach and bake, uncovered, about 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 8.
