Oatmeal Cake And Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 stick margarine or butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats; let stand 20 minutes.
Do not drain off.
Cream margarine and white and brown sugar with oats. Add 2 eggs and beat well.
Add the dry ingredients.
Bake in a greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
