Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. scalded milk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs.
Heat milk; bring almost to boil, then mix to other ingredients.
Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
