Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. milk, heated
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. cocoa plus 1/3 c. sugar (for chocolate)
    1 (13 oz.) can milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat milk in a pan.
    Add eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, salt and flour.
    Add cocoa and extra sugar for chocolate.
    Add the milk, vanilla and 1 1/4 cups sugar.
    Add more milk to freezer line.
    Yields 4 quarts.
