Pickle Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 large can spiced peaches, chopped (reserve the juice)
    1 or 2 cans pineapple tidbits (reserve the juice)
    1/2 c. stuffed olives, thinly sliced
    5 gherkin pieces, thinly sliced
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Heat juice from fruit (about 2 cups).
    Use all the peach juice and what is needed of the pineapple juice.
    Add gelatin and Jell-O.
    Stir until dissolved. Cool and add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a slightly oiled ring mold or pan, and put back in the refrigerator to congeal.
