Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
    Drain off fat and blend in the salt, paprika, chili powder and ketchup. Cook on low for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Add a little water to thin, if necessary.
    Serve over hot dogs in buns.
    This sauce freezes well.
