Caramel Crunch Sundaes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. soft butter
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Spread butter on baking sheet (15 1/2 x 11-inch), leaving a 1 1/2-inch border on all sides.
Sprinkle sugar on buttered area. Set oven control at broil.
Broil sugar 3 to 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
(Watch closely; mixture burns quickly.) Crunch will have a lacy appearance.
Cool a few minutes on baking sheet.
Remove with spatula and break into pieces.
Divide ice cream in 4 dessert dishes; sprinkle broken crunch over ice cream. Makes 4 servings.
