Spinach And Ricotta Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 beaten egg
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil
    Chunky Tomato Sauce
Preparation
    Combine egg, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, garlic salt and pepper.
    (Reserve rest of tomato sauce for Chunky Tomato Sauce.)
    Add ground beef and mix well.
