Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (40 oz.) can cut yams, drain and reserve syrup
8 oz. evaporated milk
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
marshmallows (optional)
Preparation

Whip cut yams with evaporated milk and about 1/4 cup syrup for about 8 minutes (until it's creamy, no lumps).
Add brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake in 2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Then top with marshmallows and bake until brown (watch so not to overbake).
