Imperial Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. thin sliced sirloin beef
    1 bunch asparagus
    3 chopped scallions
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1 1/2 c. bottled oyster sauce
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    steamed rice
Preparation
    Steam asparagus until just done; do not overcook.
    Refresh under cold water.
    Cut into chunks.
