Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. noodles or macaroni, cooked
    2 Tbsp. margarine, mixed into noodles
    1 1/2 lb. browned ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. red wine (optional)
    2 cans sliced mushrooms
    pinch of oregano
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
Preparation
    Mix everything together; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Recipe can be cut in half.
