Ingredients

2 pt. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 Tbsp. ginger, finely chopped or ground
1 c. dark raisins
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 c. chopped apple
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

In a large pot, bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly.
Cut back and simmer for 45 minutes, or until cooked. Pour into pretty little jars.
Attach ribbon and give as gifts. Lasts weeks in refrigerator.
