Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lump crabmeat
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Form patties 3 inches in diameter.
    Fry in just enough olive oil to cover bottom of skillet.
    If patties seem too dry, adjust mayonnaise.
