Lemon Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine, partially melted
4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
lemon juice

Preparation

Mix ingredients together, adding enough lemon juice to make of spreading consistency.
