Curried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. frying chicken
1/4 c. butter
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. ripe olives
1 medium onion
Preparation

Cut chicken in serving pieces.
Sprinkle with salt.
Brown lightly in butter.
Remove to casserole.
Slice onion thinly, cook in pan drippings until golden.
Add mushroom soup, stir in milk and curry powder; heat to boiling.
Pour over chicken, cover and bake 1 hour or until tender (300\u00b0).
Add sliced black olives. Serve with rice.
Serves 3 to 4.
