Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can mandarins
1 Tbsp. seedless red raspberry preserves
1/4 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
2 Tbsp. ginger preserves
1 Tbsp. red currant jelly
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan.
Heat until the mixture simmers.
Serve warm or cold as a dessert or as a side dish for pork.
