Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped red peppers
    2 c. coarsely ground cucumbers or watermelon rind
    1 c. ground onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
Preparation
    Combine peppers, watermelon rind and onions.
    Add salt, sugar and vinegar; boil until transparent and slightly syrupy.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Sure-Jell.
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
