Rhubarb Raspberry Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. rhubarb, chopped
    2 c. frozen unsweetened raspberries
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix until crumbly flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
    Press 1/2 mixture into a greased 9-inch pan to form crust.
    Cover crust with rhubarb and raspberries.
    Then combine sugar and cornstarch, water and vanilla and cook until thicken and clear.
    Pour sauce over fruit and top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Great with whipped cream or ice cream.
