Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sour cream (fat-free)
    2 to 3 green onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Cool and peel.
    Shred potatoes on coarse grater.
    Heat cheese and 4 tablespoons margarine until cheese is almost melted.
    Remove from heat and add sour cream, onions and salt; blend well.
    Fold in potatoes and spoon into 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons margarine and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
